Home GroupsSt. Matthias' Church Home Groups From the time of John Wesley, the Church has valued members meeting in small groups, (Wesley called them 'classes') for study, prayer and mutual spiritual growth. St Matthias is no exception and we have a number of small 'Home Groups' which meet in members homes on a fortnightly basis. The Strength of these groups is that they enable members to learn together, grow together, pray and chat together and offer each other the pastoral support that is not possible by simply belonging to a large congergation. They meet on different days of the week so that if one particular night is un suitable another may be foung convienient. Currently we have 7 groups that are coordinated by our Curate Rev.
